Aluminum lightweight cabin
We are particularly specialised in the construction of ultra-light aluminium cabins. Aluminium is a soft material that can withstand vibrations, permanent shocks and torsion without any problems. This results in a significantly lower weight than GRP cabins; the aluminium cabins also offer lightning protection thanks to the Faraday cage.
Our self-supporting construction does not require a reinforcing frame and is free of cold bridges. Thanks to its permanently elastic bonding and riveting, the entire cab structure is insensitive to use on rough tracks and in off-road operation. This design fulfils the requirements of long-distance and expedition travel and ensures stability, robustness, tightness and durability.
New cab construction with aluminium subframe
The integrated aluminium subframe reduces the body weight and, in combination with our rocker design with counter-rotating traction elements (also used in a similar form by Daimler-Benz, Scania and IFA), ensures maximum off-road capability of the base vehicle; the force is optimally dissipated if the vehicle frame twists during twisting. The rocker suspension ensures that the forces caused by the twisting of the chassis are not transferred to the living area - and the tension elements prevent the body from rocking. This design has two major advantages: The living cabin is not exposed to unnecessary forces when travelling off-road; stress cracks, which experience has shown to form on the subframe and cabin over time in conventional designs, are avoided.
Installation elements can be customised
Built-in elements such as windows, doors, roof hatches and storage flaps are optional and can be realised at any position in the cab in various sizes and quality levels (KCT, outbound, own design or other). Customisation is possible: the body can be optimised according to the application requirements and an appealing appearance can be achieved by sloping the rear, front and roof sections or an alcove.
Access hatches and fully integrated cab superstructures are also possible. In general, the flexible size adapted to the base vehicle ensures the right functionality and a harmonious design.

The aluminium intermediate frame ensures an optimum balance between stability and flexibility. It absorbs shocks and vibrations, which significantly improves travelling comfort on rough terrain.
Lightweight construction: As with the cab, the aluminium intermediate frame also helps to reduce the overall weight, which has a positive effect on driving characteristics and fuel consumption.

The hydraulic lifting function is controlled by remote control, which enables precise and effortless movements. The spare wheels can be lowered to the ground (without having to move the motorcycle) and quickly changed thanks to the centering pin for easy pick-up. With standard on-board tools, the wheel change can be done in just a few minutes.

Robust design
The lifting device has a maximum load capacity of up to 650 kg (depending on the chassis). Its robust construction guarantees stability and durability, even under extreme operating conditions.

All vehicle lights are attached to the telescopic motorcycle carrier in accordance with the StVZO. The foldable underrun protection meets the new conditions required by law since 2019 according to the ECE R58 - 03 standard.
